Nothing. It's Free. Sorry that's FREE.

For example if you are in a band you can create a band profile, if you run a promotions company you can create a promoters profile. You can then invite other members and non-members to join the profile. Any user can join that is involved with the profile. So a lighting technician who tech at 4 venues can join each venues profiles, or a band manager can join the profile of each band they manage.

What Musicborn profiles are not
They are not individual profiles (unless you are a solo artist).

Can I join any Musicborn profile?
As long as you are involved with the band, company or organisation you can. If the profile already exists you will have to request to join the profile. One of the existing profile users (ANYONE OR ADJMIN) will then have to accept your request. I

Someone has created my profile but is nothing to do with my band/company?
Naughty. If someone has created a profile and is nothing to do with the band or company let us know and we will get to the bottom of iand probably remove the not-so-honest member and give them a little telling off.

How do I create a profile?

A profile already exists for my band/company. How do I join the profile?
If you try and create a profile and it already exists simply request to join the profile. One of the existing profile members will then receive the request and will (hopefully) accept the request. Once accepted you will be a fully fledged member of that profile.

Once you have added a skill you will then show in the Industry Directory under the specific skill category. You can add information such as your experience to each of your skills.

Do I have to add a skill?
Nope. Only add skills if they are relevant to what you do.

Why isn't Musician a skill?
We haven't added musician as a skill as our directory will likely become a tad over crowded. Instead the community relies on band and solo artists profiles to show other users the music you make.

Is there a limit to the number of skills I can add to my member account?
You can add as many skills as are relevant to you. Although we will have our beady eye on any spammers who are obviously not music lawyer-compare-publishing-djs.
